This Cookie Policy explains how SalesGPT.work ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They help websites function, remember preferences, improve performance, and provide information to site owners. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and SDKs.
2. Why we use cookies
- Remember your preferences and session state.
- Secure your account and prevent abuse.
- Analyze site performance and usage.
- Personalize content and measure marketing effectiveness (where enabled and permitted).
Processing of personal data through cookies is based on your consent (for non-essential cookies where required) or our legitimate interests (for essential and security cookies), as permitted by applicable law.
3. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs)
3.1 Local storage
We use browser local storage to preserve work-in-progress and user experience state (for example: AI prompts you are drafting, enrichment queue progress, draft emails, and UI preferences). This data is stored locally on your device and persists until you clear browser data or log out. Local storage items are not transmitted to our servers except when you explicitly save or submit content.
3.2 Pixels
We may use pixels on our website for analytics and marketing measurement (where enabled). Marketing emails may also contain tracking pixels to measure opens/clicks. Pixel behavior depends on your email client settings (for example, disabling image loading may limit pixel tracking).
3.3 SDKs
If we offer a mobile application, it may include analytics SDKs from third-party providers for app performance monitoring and usage analytics. SDK data collection is governed by the SDK provider's privacy policy and your device settings.
Clearing local storage may result in loss of unsaved work, draft content, or preferences.
4. Cookie categories
We use the following cookie categories. Essential cookies are required for core functionality and cannot be disabled through our controls.
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Core functionality such as authentication, security, and session management. | session_id, csrf_token, authentication tokens |
| Performance | Reliability and diagnostics (e.g., error tracking IDs, runtime performance). | error tracking IDs, runtime metrics |
| Functional | Remember preferences and in-product choices. | locale, ui_theme, saved filters, CRM sync status |
| Analytics | Understand usage patterns to improve features. | analytics identifiers (e.g., Google Analytics) |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns and marketing effectiveness (where enabled). | HubSpot tags, marketing measurement cookies |
4.1 AI & sales product-specific storage
- AI prompt history: stored locally to help resume sessions.
- Enrichment queue state: stored locally to resume long-running tasks.
- Email draft autosave: drafts stored locally until you explicitly send/save.
- Feature flags / A/B testing: may store assignment to improve product experience.
Application state stored locally may include personal data you input (e.g., names, work emails, company information). You can clear this data via your browser settings.

- EU/UK: we set non-essential cookies only after consent where required.
- Parity: rejecting non-essential cookies is available without unnecessary steps compared to accepting.
- Consent duration: your preferences are remembered for up to 12 months, after which we may request reconfirmation.
- Withdrawal: you can withdraw consent anytime via Cookie Settings; we stop setting non-essential cookies after withdrawal.
We may keep records of your consent choices (for example: timestamp, preference categories, and consent manager ID) for compliance purposes. Consent records are typically retained in line with our operational and legal needs.
7. Managing cookies
- On-site controls: use our Cookie Settings panel to update preferences (where available).
- Browser settings: most browsers allow blocking or deleting cookies (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- Provider tools: some providers offer opt-outs (e.g., Google Analytics opt-out add-on).
Blocking some cookies may impact site functionality and features.
8. Third-party cookies
We use third-party services that may set cookies when you visit our site. These providers may collect information across different websites depending on your settings and their services. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
| Service | Purpose | How to control |

OAuth / integrations: when you connect integrations (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, HubSpot CRM), third parties may set authentication or session cookies during OAuth flows. These cookies are governed by the third party's policies and are required for the integration to function.
Additional third-party services may be added from time to time. A current list of material subprocessors is available on our Subprocessors page.
9. International data transfers
Where required under applicable law, personal data collected via cookies and similar technologies may be processed and transferred outside the EEA/UK, including to India and the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) incorporated into our DPA.
10. Data protection & your rights
Where applicable, you have rights under GDPR and India's DPDP Act (and other laws) such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. To exercise rights relating to data collected via cookies, contact us at admin@salesgpt.work or see our Privacy Policy.
BLINK REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is the data controller for personal data processed through cookies on SalesGPT.work.
11. Browser signals
Do Not Track (DNT): some browsers offer a DNT signal. DNT is not a recognized legal standard, and we currently do not respond to DNT signals.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): where required by applicable law, we treat GPC signals as a request to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell personal information and do not share for cross-context behavioral advertising (as described below), GPC generally has no effect on our practices.
12. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly set cookies to collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through cookies, contact us at admin@salesgpt.work and we will take appropriate steps.
13. California cookie disclosure (CCPA/CPRA)
SalesGPT.work does not sell personal information. Certain analytics or marketing cookies may be considered "sharing" under the CPRA if used for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you enable such features and appropriate notices/controls are provided.
California residents may manage cookie preferences via the Cookie Settings link (where available) or browser controls.
14. Cookie duration
- Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser (e.g., session_id).
- Preference cookies: up to 12 months (e.g., locale, ui_theme).
- Analytics cookies: up to 24 months (typical for common analytics identifiers, if enabled).
- Marketing cookies: up to 13 months (typical for common marketing tools, if enabled).
- Security cookies: may be retained longer where necessary for security or compliance.
Third-party cookies may have different retention periods as set by their providers.
15. Email tracking pixels
Marketing and transactional emails sent by SalesGPT.work may contain tracking pixels (invisible images) that notify us when you open an email or click links. We use this data to measure campaign effectiveness, understand engagement patterns, and improve deliverability.
You can disable image loading in your email client to reduce pixel tracking, though this may affect email display. Email tracking data is retained in line with the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, law, or our services. Material updates will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
